Week of October 31-November 6

One rejection. That's it.

Work on edits. Scattered work on ZH and short stories. I'm buckling down on the rock sprite story this afternoon. The burning question of the moment is, what's edible and the opposite of a pomegranate?

The Etanargemop? The momegranate? The mopegranate?

Mopegranate! It sounds to me like a pouty statue. Very cool, and may make a cameo in this story, but sadly not edible.

Cool! The question becomes is the statue pout for a good reason, or does it just appear to pout, or is it really pouting but has no ostensible reason. Of course, it should also carry a mop around to wipe up the tears--haha.

You two are evil. Now you've got me trying to figure out what kind of messes "etanarges" make.

Liquid ones, obviously, or the mop would be less effective.

Bah. There be dust mops too. But I was thinking more of whether an etanarge sheds hair or juice or crumbs.
