I really like both what timprov says in his blog post here and the song and video he's talking about in it. I can't watch the vid again, though; we didn't have enough snowy winter for me this year, and I miss the Minneapolis winter it shows too much. Next year. I'll get through to next year. In the meantime, go read about things that have nothing to do with snow, winter, or Minneapolis.

If I ever win the lottery, I will totally come visit you. It would be fun! :D

I had that feeling when I visited Chicago, but mostly because of the architecture downtown. It was like somebody stuck a bay off the side of Ottawa. It was weird cognitive dissonance but also really comforting! I felt very at home there. :)
