I've now got the author copies for the current (Sept/Oct 2022) issue of Asimov's, in which you can find my story "Bonus Footage!" (Available here in print or digital versions.) It's a travel show in space! It's a story about sensible Girl Scouts and the adults around them! It's got a quite happy ending in which no one is eaten by the native flora, you hope!

I went over to order, but they want 35 bucks which is way, way over my current budget, alas.

The newsstand price is $9, but they're mostly in the business of annual subscriptions rather than single issues.

I'd pya nine bucks--it looks like a good issue--but they didn't have a tag for it on the site, only the thirty buck one for the e-version.However, I've made a note--if I go back east in October (which I hope will come to pass) I will be visiting indie bookstores, and they always used to carry past issues.
