I have the very first of the London pictures linked from novel_gazing, but here's the link in case you care and aren't reading that: so. It's just Hyde Park stuff, basically, but one manages as one can.

Frankly, I haven't been managing all that well today. Mostly I've been lying on the couch feeling like I was sent for and couldn't come. As I have not built up the best record for taking good care of Mrissas in the past, and as I continue to feel worse, more than one person has gotten a little fussed. I'm hoping to hear about last week's doctor visit soon (ideally tomorrow), and I've made specific promises about if I don't feel better by the end of tomorrow, what then, etc. So if you hear less from me than usual or if it's less enthusiastic than usual, that's why. (On the other hand, I can summon a good deal more enthusiasm in text when it seems called for than I can in person, so I may sound perfectly normal and just take longer to get there. Hard to say.)

I'm not enjoying this, actually. It is not any fun.
