I have just finished making the bottom layer of the fudge and have set it out on the sun porch to cool before I make the top layer. (It's chocolate fudge on the bottom, peanut butter fudge on the top.) As I was rummaging around the cupboards, I noticed a bag of hazelnuts I toasted awhile ago, and I should use them before they go off. So many hazelnut ideas, so little time!
