timprov, he was repeating, "Not King yet. Still not King," in his best Elvis voice. Just earlier than that, he'd been singing one for Bilbo: "Well, since my Precious left me, I've found a new place to dwell. It's down at the end of the Misty Mountains at -- ol' Rivendell...." Tomorrow I am promised a Beatles musical version of "Spaceballs," and later in the week we may call in my dad to do a guest voice as the Great Gonzo in "The Purple Rainbow Connection: Kermit Sings Prince."
Silliness gets us through the day, around here.
I have a small pile of wrapped Christmas presents sitting on my desk, andmarkgritter bought tape, so I can transform the large pile of naked presents on the floor into wrapped presents on the hearth. And there is writing to be done yet tonight, and the pepparkakor are baked, and...right. List. There is a list. You're all shocked, I know.
