Whew for IIH

lydy gets the prize for predicting that timprov's diagnosis would involve the word "idiopathic": it's looking more and more like idiopathic intracranial hypertension, a.k.a. pseudotumor cerebri. Too much stuff in his head and we don't know why, basically. He went in for his second spinal tap today, and it went like it was supposed to, so now he has to lie down for a long time but already feels better -- I could tell when they let him into recovery that he was feeling better, just from the first minute I saw him.

So nothing definite yet, but it looks like there will be druuuuugs that can help him, and we will find out when he goes in for his neurologist appointment, and we are so happy and so relieved and so happy.

And so relieved.
