Sometimes Google scares me; your comment was the second hit when I googled for the phrase (and verified what I thought I remembered). The little green letters claimed it was about 3 minutes old at that point.

I don't think I've ever heard it sung; I'm quite sure it's not in "The Remains of Tom Lehrer", which is allegedly complete.
