Happy Solstice, all of you. The light's coming back any minute now. Promise.

I'm afraid I've spent this Solstice spreading good cheer, butterfat, and sugar around, and am left pretty exhausted as a result. Tomorrow's schedule is not any emptier. In a good way. I'm not going into radio silence for the next week, but I might not be chatty, either. We'll see.

I love the idea of spreading butterfat! In a way that's my job in a nutshell.:)

I made four loaves of bread first thing on Solstice morning (albeit with some help). So that was a pretty good thing. But spreading the butterfat was even better.
