Started but unfinished: 48, 54,58, 59.
Three down, three to go. This is what we call progress, kids. And I did yoga today and got groceries and cooked, so you needn't worry that I'm getting scrinchy. I probably could do another chapter tonight, but that seems like possibly a suboptimal idea for hands, shoulders, and brain, so I'm going to read The Steerswoman's Road and do a few house chores and maybe talk to my mom. And sit in the same room as some Twins playoff ball, which is as close as I get to watching it on TV.

timprov to go have coffee with porphyrin. We're going to try the Finnish coffeehouse on Smelling Ave. in St. Paul. Sisu. Seems appropriate. I'm trying to keep my expectations of progress on the book scaled back, not just for tomorrow but for the rest of the week. If I don't finish by Thursday, that's all right. If I don't finish by Friday, that, too, is all right. Really. Truly. I could even go into next week and have it be quite all right.
Except I think I will finish by the time we celebrate C.J.'s birthday on Friday. But that, too, is quite all right.
