Are there non-obvious things, or categories of things, that people shouldn't get you? By non-obvious I mean that since we are basically sensible adults, I know you don't want need duplicate copies of books, nor yet copies of books you've told me you disliked; nor would I get someone a puppy without careful consultation; and I know you have better ice cream locally than I could likely get shipped.
