Around here we are firmly in favor of supporting our friends when they do awesome things, and recognizing it when other people think they're awesome, too.

So I just thought I would link to this article about gorgonzola cheese made by my friend p_roqueforti and his co-workers. Not just gorgonzola cheese, although there is hardly such a thing as just gorgonzola cheese in my world. No, this is internationally renowned gorgonzola cheese! Champion gorgonzola cheese! So as soon as timprov and I felt well enough to stagger out and get some to celebrate, we did. Way to go, p_roqueforti and co-workers! Cheese all around! Cheese for everyone who wants it! Most importantly, cheese for me!
