The fish sings again

swan_tower did the recording of my short story, "Väinämöinen and the Singing Fish," which is now available on PodCastle for the low, low price of absolutely free. I have been playing with niecelets and talking to their parents and have not yet had a chance to listen to it, but I'm looking forward to it. I hope you enjoy it.

I didn't realize that jonsinger had never spontaneously heard someone use "uff da" in conversation until I did this 4th St. I still can hardly believe this to be true. He has come here for things often enough, and it is a thing people say. I am people, and I say it! Therefore.

I'm just saying: if my mom ever hears you say, "Uff da," she's going to give me the proud-and-happy look. Like when she discovered Lil's love of lefse. Because there will be absolutely no doubt as to whose fault it is.

Although she may be willing to let timprov and markgritter share some credit.
