It is very weird to tell people I have a poem out today, with all that's going on in my city and worldwide. And also it's my dad's yahrzeit. And. Yeah.
But. I have a poem out today:

Pre-Apocalyptic Meeting Minutes

The pre-apocalyptic aspect of it...um. Well. Huh. I sure could use some stuff that felt more pre- right now. Is what I'm saying.

No, it's always worth poetry, especially when things are burning.

His memory for a blessing.

I love this poem with a lot of feelings, feelings I am totally willing to get all over people, just sayin'.

Everything is so hard, right now. Thank you for making me laugh, and also for reminding me to have courage.

I know your father's memory is a blessing, but also a burden. Love and fury to you.

I'll be over there,

*headdesk*ing over my gender.

Because I can totally see it.

I am glad to be reminded that poetry is still coming out. And I am glad that this poem did. It is a lot of poem.
