AKICILJ: the appliance edition
May. 4th, 2006 04:57 pmWe have an extra (clothes) washer/dryer. The folks' move worked out so that they were going to have two washer/dryer sets, both newer than ours. So they gave us theirs, and now we need to get rid of our old ones. They're still functional, but the newer ones are better.
So. What do we do? We could call someone to haul them away to the dump, but they're still perfectly functional. We aren't really looking for money for them if someone can make good use of them who couldn't otherwise afford to get a washer and dryer. Thoughts? Do you know anybody who wants these, or are you such a person yourself?
