Yay, fellow Eagan-dwellers.

In yesterday's four-candidate mayoral primary here in Eagan, there was a guy who wanted to bring more Jesus into public life, get local pastors more involved with city government, etc. There was also a guy who wanted to continue to have clean water and well-maintained parks. Also there were two other people I was neither voting for nor against.

Mr. Clean Water? 52% in a four-candidate primary.
Mr. More Jesus? 7%. No general election for him.

And my faith in my city is upheld. I'd like to suggest for a slogan, Eagan: we'll leave you be.
