mrissa: (question)

I just took an internet quiz that said the Dumas character I was most like was Aramis.

[Poll #619786]

I think you need a "don't know" option, unless the assumption is that those who don't know won't bother taking the poll.

Yah, that's generally what I do when I don't know for any answer on a poll. The exception is when I'm really interested in who doesn't know vs. might know but doesn't care to answer.

Well, since I can't take the quiz, I thought I would answer in long form. You most remind me of Athos. Aramis has much too much of a dark past that works on his present, but Athos has a somewhat more cheerful outlook on life. As for me, you probably would guess that I would be most like Porthos, although possibly like the lackeys (they aren't defined enough in my head to give a definite on that one).

Take care and have a happy Thanksgiving.

Are you sure you're not confusing Athos and Aramis? Athos has a pretty darn dark past, what with his wife and all.

I probably am. Sorry about that. :)

After much thought, I ended up back with Aramis. You only need a little guy follwing you around pestering you to go back to Physics to complete the image.

I, of course, am Mousqueton.

What I really need in life is a little guy following me around and pestering me to go back to physics. Yes. Definitely. I think I have a new "thing to be thankful for."

None of my Gustavus physics profs qualify as "little," although a couple of them were kind of skinny. So at least I don't have to have an image of that sort.

Which lackey?

Patsy, the one with the coconut halves.

[livejournal.com profile] markgritter was fairly fixed on the idea that Tazendra was the appropriate Musketeer for me to be. Then he and [livejournal.com profile] timprov had a discussion of whether she was too dense, only it was phrased such that it sounded like a discussion of whether I was too dense.

I'm sorry, I meant I'd be Patsy. I don't know which one you would be. Possibly the one who has the idea "We could put him in a cage and show him for money"

I did see that you meant you, yes; I was just going with the "not really Dumas" theme.

[livejournal.com profile] timprov thinks I am either Bedivere or Zoot. Sigh.
