Back has gone out. Back will ideally go back in with some help in a few hours.

Other than that, I'm doing this thing for this person, and that's keeping me pretty busy at the moment. But happy-busy, not annoyed-busy.

That reminds me - when our dogs started recognizing W-A-L-K spelled out, we went to perambulation/perambulating. They also recognize 'outside' when spelled, so that's 'the big room'.

She knows ambulate and a-m-b-u-l-a-t-e, so we're trying to cross things up and use a wide variety of words and signals so we don't lose any further vocabulary.

Wish your back would behave! Seems like filling out the appointment calendar about going out is most appropriate.

Yay for the back helper who approaches nigh.

Glad you're busy in a happy way. -hugs- Hope you feel better soon!

Yikes! Hope back has improved.

If you need any additional help with that thing (other than the already-agreed-upon help), feel free to holler.

Previously agreed-upon aid sufficient to the task at hand.

Oh, Noes!

Unsolicited advice alert: everyone says use heat, but ice is the only thing that has ever helped when my back goes out.

END OF UNSOLICITED ADVICE.

Hope it feels better very soon!

In times like this, both heat and ice tend to make me want to hurl.

Wheeee, back! It's such fun. And it's been such fun off and on for seven and a half years now (U-Haul accident). The up side of this is that at least I know sort of what to expect.

Glad you are feeling better!

Having back issues is no fun. I lifted a heavy TV last year to take it to a recycling area, and pulled something. My chiropractor put ice on it and things seemed better for a while, but now a month or so later I still can feel where I've apparently done some damage that will not be easy to reverse. Bearable at least. Just annoying.

Hope you are having a great year!

For the Record...

My chiropractor used an ice pack.
