Back before I gradumumated in Computer sCienCe (when computers were real BIG machines that were just beginning to talk with us WITHOUT a stack of punched cards) we would have called this r-e-c-u-r-s-i-v-e and would have typed something like this:

comment := comment(comment)

and watch this machine happily spin/grind to a halt

but humans seem to be a little more resilient to these kinds of thoughts, perhaps we're just more redundant ...

As a stranger who once ignorantly and foolishly posted something stupid here I just wanted to comment about mrissa:
