My dog really likes Inuit cloudberry tea.

Do the Inuits have to climb the North pole to pick the cloudberries?

Your dog is weird!

Yes, but it's a very low-key, harmless weird, to dip my finger in my beverage and let her lick it once.

Considering her reaction to the Suite 88 hot chocolate, I thought perhaps it was that she thought things that had been around you or [livejournal.com profile] rysmiel or [livejournal.com profile] zorinth were good things. But I was immediately able to come up with counterexamples: she does not, for example, seem to care about Rumer Godden novels, except for the library copy of In This House of Brede, which had clearly endured some small children in its time.

Is that a tisane, or a black tea flavored with cloudberries?

(I would agree with [livejournal.com profile] papersky, but given what my cat likes to eat, I'm not at all sure that one tea is enough to qualify an animal as weird.)

It's a tisane.

Silly girl! It's probably good for her though. She'd look great hanging out in a cafe with her cloudberry tea.

Most cafes are sadly narrow-minded on this subject.

OMG, that sounds like Really Good Tea.

charley likes tea, because we're drinking it. he also likes cappuccino -- quite a lot.

No, I got it in Montreal. I'm fond of Tea Source as well, but I haven't seen it there. Haven't been there recently, though.

Ista is completely indifferent to my lemon chamomile tea, or [livejournal.com profile] markgritter's crazy jasmine phoenix dragon pearl stuff, but she did the "I am such a good girl sitting here look at the good girl sitting so nicely don't you want to give me tea don't you don't you tea tea tea" thing with this, so I decided to let her have a taste of it. Oh the wagging.
