This is a fine thing.

I don't actually think that you being pregnant would count as sneakiness. (Coming back from a trip to Finland with a two-year-old child that none of you had previously mentioned would be sneaky.)

I don't think it would, either, but at this point in my life I feel like I have to append "and no, I'm not pregnant" to half the things I say to the world at large. It's been a little better with the vertigo -- apparently a lot of people recognize that "I fall down a lot" is not the safest slogan for a pregnant lady -- but still, combination of my age and my marital status and the fact that I do want a kid at some point means that it's on some people's minds a lot.

I can't wait for you to embark on that phase of your life, but I would be vaguely dismayed if you did so right now. Morning sickness and fatigue would mix poorly with your current symptoms. I think you should have at least one perfect day before getting preggers. (But not very many more than that. :-)

But just you wait...I am very good at identifying people's pregnancies before they are ready to share. It's my superpower.
