This is how: I'll be puttering along, writing a few paragraphs or some dialog or something like that, maybe doing some research reading, and then I'll stop and think, "I feel terrible! What is this shit?" And then I'll think, "Ohhh yeahhhhh, I'm sick."

Apparently I forget what "sick" means periodically. Duhhhhh.
