Is ~~normal~~ lacking in tumors and other structural abnormalities.

Expected, but whew.

Now the question is: what the heck is wrong with me?

We've thought of mono to explain the fatigue, although it doesn't cover all of the other symptoms. Worth checking for. Hell, a partial diagnosis would make me happy at this point, but I'm afraid some of the other unnamed symptoms are flat-out weird enough that they're distracting to medical personnel.
