mrissa: (getting by)
[personal profile] mrissa
Add to the list of "things [livejournal.com profile] mrissa should be able to do this week but apparently can't": unloading the dishwasher.

Broke two glasses while falling.

Did not break the me, unless you count two minuscule cuts on my feet, which I don't as they are barely more than pinpricks and have already stopped bleeding.

Am glad I was the only one up so I didn't shower the wee beastlet with glass shards.

Am sorry I was the only one up, as I then had to pick my way out of the glass shards and clean them up while only marginally steady. (Leaving them where they were was not a reasonable option.)

Am trying very hard not to be in a Very Bad Mood over this.

Tell me something good, please. A good book you've read or a good food you've eaten or a good anecdote you've heard.

David, a friend of ours, and I went to Minnehaha park last night and tried their restaurant at the pavilion. It's call Sea Salt and was very good. They serve Sebastian Joe's ice cream and have a menu of very good seafood items for main meals. After that, we tried teaching our friend to rollerblade, which was quite an experience. She had never gone biking, skiing, ice skating, roller skating, or roller blading, so the whole balancing on something other than your feet thing was a little tough. We had fun and she only fell down twice, so there you go. I hope you feel better soon and then we can go to tea.

I am truly sorry about the dizzy thing. I HATE it when I have to lay down or face falling down because I get really antsy to move and do stuff, and what can you really do while laying down? There's reading a book, watching a show, sleeping, and maybe looking at the computer. Not the most fun list in history.

At any rate, take care and I'll talk to you soon.
