I don't know. Most of my 'friends' list is people who write fan fiction I enjoy; and they don't know anything about me except that I don't give feedback very often. Probably if someone I knew did that meme the context of asking for a compliment would put me in that mode. (This isn't usually my reaction to compliments; it's just what's at the intersection of compliment and embarrassing.)
