[livejournal.com profile] timprov says I don't get any points for not using the word "butterdammerung" in today's earlier entry, so I'm going to stop holding myself back now.

So is it the Twilight of the Goods when they become stale enough for croutons or bread pudding?

Or rusks, in my great-grandmother's approach. Yah.

I have had a vision of lussekatter bread pudding. And lo it was a glorious sight.

You gain points from me for this... but then, my points may not be worth much.

I should write an LJ/Facebook app that allows friends to define a market value for points. (But I won't.)

You may lose points for not using the word, actually. That may be the most concentrated form of awesome I have seen in weeks.

In The Swimming Pool Library - a book I am not actually recommending because in point of fact I loathed it - there is a very very haute French restaurant named, "Crépuscule des Déités." I presume they would have wanted your lussekatter on the menu.

Greatly preferable to the terrible, scarring Hákarldammerung.

The Butterdammerung's Immolation of Brünnhilde is so crispy.

That is the best description of Scandi-American Christmas cooking I have ever heard.

Butterdammerung is my second favorite *dammerung, after the seventh J. K. Rowling book, Potterdammerung.

Points for Mris. Happy Santa Lucia Day!
