My interpretation of "I think the eyes of redemption say it all" is "someone gave this man the wrong drugs, or nice drugs at the wrong time"; cattitude suggests that "The eyes of redemption say it all" sounds like a Grateful Dead album, but the "only sounds like English" reminds me of Yes.
