Alas, the power vacuum did not make it onto the page as such! And now no one will ever know that the device used by Private Chovnik to clean up the stuff he spilled was symbolic of the absence of clear authority and Chain of Command elsewhere in the Space Forces! Woe! Wailing! Gnashing of teeth!
